There are actually a bunch of updates to the site I'd like to be doing, but I'm up to my armpits in fresh JARTs in preparation for the upcoming PSS Festival. This ISR-sponsored event is one of the best events in all of slopedom and I never miss it. Add to that the fact that this year is the 10th anniversary and that it won't be held next year and you can sense my urgency in getting ready for it. Originally, I'd planned to create a special PSS project for it, but the one I had in mind just wasn't coming together and I wanted to make sure I had at least one new JART to fly on the non-PSS days (which, as it happens, are 3 of the 4). So, instead of get the new interview I have ready (Carl Maas Jr. and Sr. discussing a broad range of RC topics), or add fresh t-shirt designs, or plug the great new JART-inspired articles appearing in the UK modelling press, or work on the JART How-To DVD, or finally start my own JART mold, I've been hacking away at a light and heavy version of the JART to take with me down to Southern California.
BUT! ...Keep your eye on this space during the event. My plan is to have nightly video updates from the Festival, complete with my own stunningly professional audio commentary. Should be worth a few laughs, if only at my own expense.
